As you may know, ABC Workforce utilizes Kronos technology to both accomplish our work and support our clients and business partners. Earlier this year Kronos announced a merger with Ultimate Software, another industry leader in workforce management technology. That merger became official on October 1st. Combined, their new brand is UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group). This merger combines two of the top workforce management companies in the world. Tens of thousands of organizations—including half of the Fortune 1000—and more than 40 million people in over 100 countries use Kronos every day. Over 50 million people are on the Ultimate Software platform.
What's more, unlike some workforce management companies out there, both Kronos and Ultimate are profitable which translates into long term stability.
What does this mean for you? For now, the only change is just the new name and branding of our technology provider. As for system performance, there is nothing that will change for the foreseeable future. And any expected changes would simply be additional offerings.
